1. Guest Post Submission:
a. The Brand agrees to submit well-written and original articles related to metal detecting for consideration on Metal Detecting Life.
b. Each guest post submission (article) will incur a placement fee of $30.00USD, payable to the Blog Owner before the post is published. (See Payments)
2. Publication and Duration:
a. Once payment is received, the Blog Owner agrees to publish the submitted article on Metal Detecting Life within a reasonable timeframe.
b. The article will remain on the website until Metal Detecting Life is no longer active or until the information within the article is no longer relevant, deemed by the Blog Owner.
3. Backlinks:
a. The Brand will be entitled to one (1) sponsor link (rel="sponsored") within the body of the article.
b. The sponsor link may direct to the Brand's website or a specified landing page.
c. Additional product links may be added by the Brand or the Blog Owner, but will be in the form of affiliate links belonging to the Blog Owner.
4. Rights and Modifications:
a. The Blog Owner reserves the right to edit, modify, or alter the article, including but not limited to text, images, and links, to ensure alignment with the blog's style and guidelines.
b. The Brand acknowledges that these modifications may be made without prior notice and agrees to collaborate in good faith to address any concerns.
c. The Blog Owner reserves the right to remove a guest post at any time as deemed necessary by the Blog Owner so that the content better aligns with the goals and vision of Metal Detecting Life.
5. Ownership:
a. The Blog Owner retains ownership and control over the website and all its content, both original as well as any guest content that has been submitted.
b. Content may be repurposed or reused, royalty free in perpetuity, on other platforms owned by the Blog Owner at the sole discretion of the Blog Owner.
6. Exclusivity:
a. The Brand agrees not to republish the identical guest post on any other website or platform after it has been published on Metal Detecting Life. The reason for this is that it will hurt the SEO of ALL websites that contain the same article, thus rendering the guest post useless.
7. Payments:
a. Payment for each guest post submission must be made in full before the article is published.
b. Payments are non-refundable.
c. Payments may be made with PayPal and to: Swing4TheRing@gmail.com
8. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement.
b. In the event of termination, any published articles may remain on Metal Detecting Life until its discontinuation and/or relevancy.
9. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan and the United States.
10. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By submitting a guest post, the Brand acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined above.
